 Hello! 

The audio-visual duty events below are posted in chronological order, with the latest ones on top. To view entries according to the various categories, you can click on the tags in the side column. 

Just a few ground rules:
  1. Sign up by leaving a comment under the post which describes the event you are interested in/are available for.
  2. A template 'comment' for sign-ups and recording of hours will be given, so please follow it! 
  3. After signing up, please do not back out. Those who did not sign-up, please do not turn up without obtaining approval from the Internal Coordinator. This will be strictly enforced.
  4. Duty hours performed should be relayed to the Secretary through a reply to your previous sign-up 'comment'.

Based on the results of the survey, there seems to be some confusion about the website and procedure, herein we will try to address them.

1. This is my first time using livejournal. What is it all about?
2. I still don't understand how to use avu@ livejournal! Help please!
3. I don't have a livejournal account, can I still sign-up for events?
4. Won't I have to regularly check this website for updates?
5. What about events that come to us at the very last minute?
6. Isn't this system unfair to people who don't check their email often enough?
7. What if I don't have a convenient internet supply?
